Our long-term vision is a diverse and inclusive workforce who can be there most authentic self-whilst fully engaged in work.
We have set out the following to help us reach this vision
- Have a formalised strategy and policy for inclusion. You can read this here.
- Creating a diverse and qualified workforce. This will be driven by our robust recruitment strategy which includes the removal of bias from any interview processes.
- Ensuring we have an inclusive experience for all employees.
- Supporting initiatives that continuously improves our ability to act inclusively.
